Hotel Lucerna Mexicali, Mexicali

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with prompt room service for a touch of luxury. However, there were slight issues with a sewage smell and some smoke odor. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me, although there was a minor confusion near the laundry room. The location felt like a peaceful oasis, although check-out instructions were unclear. The dining options were tasty but lacked variety and warmth in some dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms with romantic touches, and our champagne and strawberries arrived promptly after check-in. However, being close to a noisy street that got loud in the mornings was a downside. The rooms were clean and updated, providing a cozy atmosphere.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, with the hotel being close to many attractions. The room provided a nice private pool, but unfortunately, the noise from the Main Street was quite noticeable at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there was a persistent sewer smell that affected my overall experience.
